This is the effect of haraam earnings of the parents because it has harmful effect on ones physical, social, or spiritual well-being. Amongst them are alcohol and drugs, adultery, murder and stealing, fornication and homosexuality.
What comes through Haraam goes out through Haraam.

This behaviour is expected and not surprising especially when you have secular system in pakistan which not only tolerates this but activly encourages these things.
