Not paying attention whilst reading salah??

Whilst reading your namaaz, your mind wanders and you either read the wrong surah, miss a surah or read wrong number of rakats (not in accordance to what was the neeyut for)…what do you do?

Please tell me what do you read? What do you do if this happens?

if u read the surah wrong, unintentionally, u ask Allah to forgive u....

if u forget how many rakaat u have prayed, u continue ur prayer with the least number u r sure of....
if after finishing the prayer, u realize u have read a wrong number of rakaat, then:
- if u prayed less, u immediately after the salam, continue the prayer and complete the number of rakaat u intended to pray, and then do sajda sahw....
- if u prayed more, u repeat the whole prayer and this time remain more focused....

this is how i keep my mind focus on namaz...

I imagine myself in Khana kaba :~) my heart is so scared at that moment that i cant think fo anything else except fear from Allah and forgiveness

I so miss praying there.. i wanna go back to jeddah my old home :~(

plus if you do forget something and you know you made a mistake there is a sajda that you do.. . I forgot the name of it ... someone please help .. this is bad i should know.. lets call ami ji ...
