If he really wanted to “keep in touch” he has you on fb, he could easily message you and ask for your number. The fact that he doesn’t speaks volumes and as harsh as it sounds, he’s not even replying to your messages. I think he just doesn’t wanna be mean to you face to face and puts on a fake persona.
