Yup, I have seen guys whom I didn't find attrative mainly because of their high qualification and/ or good job. My family insists on meeting the guy before finally deciding the presence or absence of attraction.
Frankly, I have been through rishtas where the guy seemed to be so attractive from the pic but after meeting, the way he spoke or carried himself was a big turn off.
No I would not consider a rishta unless there is some degree of attraction. Attraction can come from physical looks, personality, nature, qualifications etc. Kuch tau ho aakhir ;)
