Nope, it doesn't contradict at all, since the first is a RHETORICAL question and the latter is a sarcastic comment. Keep things in context, and the English Language makes more sense then. (For non-native speakers of the language).
skhan, not at all - I coupled the physical and mental - "sex and affection". Since both are very important.

but that doesnt make sense to me at all, u need to explain other things such as why God chose our prophets 2 be men to make it clear why we should not love men. That statment needs further explanation.
