That's actually my toe, a few months back. the doctor said I had a "hang nail". It was properly treated with anti-biotics.
And I'm glad to report.. it doesn't look like that anymore

I had s’thing like that on my toe a couple o’ years ago. It’s called Toenail-Ingrowth-Infection. Very painful. I had it operated.

back in the days when i was about 8 my finger nail also looked gross like this. i had a broken nail gross looking like this one. i dont remember how it broked but i do remember that was a terrible time. i thought that this nail will never grow up again.
