Get one of those 10X mirrors. Place it under a lamp and either use a trimmer or fine scissors to reach the base of the hair and cut it. But definitely use the zoom in mirror.

Aishaa2.1, if going under the mirror is too bit of a hassle... you can use many of the quiet moments during the day to get rid of the nuisance. Everytime you stop at a red light, do an inventory at the rim of your nose but swiftly going around the area with your index finger. If the rover finds lifeless cells dangling of the perimeter, grab it with the help of thumb and pull it with a snap. It will be painfull but addicting. Once you get the threshold of pain under control, you would wana do it again and again.

speaking of which..at a red light i usually look around hoping to catch a glimpse of a cute guy or something, and many times i've seen ppl picking at their nose. What a turnoff. People please dont do that, its not cool
