One of my cousins got married in Pakistan and all of us totally forgot about the nath. However she was telling me in India (her mother's Indian) its very common, even if the dulhan's family forgot about it there would always be someone to remind the dulhan to wear one.

My 2 sister got married this february and one of my couz too , and they were all wearing nath.
They were all looking stunning:)
It is in our tradition, so it will be always in fashion !!!

I think it depends on your face shape and if you can pull it off. I had one made but didnt end up wearing it because my hubby doesnt like the look. @ Shanum: the nath is a traditional thing to wear, in my opinion its never out of fashion...

Girls, is it possible to wear a nath with a maxi as weddingday dress? or would this be a wrong fusion of a modern and traditional look? could you please please please post pics of a bride with a modern look but still wearing a nath?? help!

my cousin just got married last month in the UK, and his bride was wearing a nath, she looked amazing it really suited her :D

if you have a good nose go for it but if you have one of those toucan sam noses or it's really wide that's not the best idea for you and calls attention to what may be a bad feature. For example Soha Ali Khan she's a pretty girl but has a bad nose (granted she still looks like thsoe ancient paintings) anyhow someone with a nose like that I would advise to not wear a nath.

^^ I agree…also I think if you have a round face…wearing a really big round nath will make your face look rounder. I have round face but I love the nath so if I do end up wearing one, I’ll get one thats about medium in size, not too big and not too small…
