DON’T use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on it- it will take away the good bacteria on your skin also that your skin needs to heal

make a mixture of boiled and cooled to warm temperature water and sea salt and soak your nose in it (kind of an awkward position, but just put it in a bowl and put your face to the side and dip your nose in)

if there is any crustiness or puss, etc. dip a cotton swab in the salt water and use that to clean it off after you have soaked for a while- then use some clean salt water (the one you didn’t soak in) to rinse

this is what they told me to do when i got my nose pierced and i never got an infection or had any problems with it

like someone else said- you do need to also rotate the nose pin so that skin won’t try to grow over it- gross, I know, but a piercing is a wound after all, and the body wants to heal it- you can use a little neosporin (put it on the inside of your nose with a cotton swab so it doesn’t clog your pores on the outside of your nose and give you blemishes)

Also try turmeric past it is a natural disinfectant and has worked for a few girls I know

when I got my nose pierced I got a small bump too and it wouldnt go away. I changed the nose pin from the regular one, which you get when you get piercing, to a silver or gold one and that solved the problem.
