I can soo relate to you - clips are visible and disturbing … they look disturbing unless you use a separate clip where you hang the nath which models do on ramps and all .. ill see if I can find a picture - its better to have your nose pierced 3-4 months in advance at least. Getting used to it is another reason too… I usually sneeze a lot in winters so mine got ruined!!!

Thanks obsession. I’m thinking of having it pierced because it will look better, but I’m not going to have a stud in it after the wedding, so I’m thinking whether it’s worth the hassel anyway? Also, if I do get an infection, how long (approximately) do you think it will take to clear up?

well here if we want our ear nose pirced we have to go to the hospital…u should be careful wen u go to priece ur nose..tc of hygiene,its good to do some months before wedding so it settle down on ur wed day…i had a bad exprience and on my walima i was bleeding while trying to wear the big roung nath …

I’m in the UK, so I don’t have much of a problem in regards to hygiene. I’ll be getting it pierced from a well known professional. Did you manage to get the nath in on your walima? And why did it bleed?
