"North Korea wants Japan out of talks" ... funny

I found it kind of funny. N Korea called Japan a state of the US, and also said that Japanese don’t need to be part of the talks because they are “political imbeciles incapable of judging the trend of the situation” and “it is enough for Tokyo just to be informed of the results of the talks by Washington,”.

Koreans are right. Japanese really are political imbecile.

Seoul (dpa) - North Korea on Saturday sought to keep Japan from participating in six-party talks aimed at ending the North Korean nuclear weapons programme.

North Korea said the fewer nations participating in the talks, the better, the North Korean news agency Korea Central News Agency was quoted as saying.

“It would be much better for Japan to refrain from participating in the six party talks and fewer attendants would not be bad for making the talks fruitful,” an unidentified spokesman was quoted as saying.

The nation accused Japan of being nothing more than a “state of the US,” adding that Japan would be adequately represented by the US at the talks.

North Korean authorities agreed earlier this week to resume talks with Russia, South Korea, the United States, China and Japan, which have been suspended since September 2005.

After North Korea conducted a nuclear weapon test last month, the UN Security Council agreed a catalogue of sanctions including a sea and land blockade to monitor for nuclear materials and technologies.

It was Japan who was giving Pakistan lectures on how “cruel” nuclear bombs are, when Pakistan exploded the bomb. They were playing an ignorant of the political situation of South Asia after India’s tests. Now it would have been interested to see Japanese replying to N Korea’s tests without the protection of US nuclear umbrella.
It is so easy to lecture someone else.

To Japanese giving us lectures on nuclear tests, I would just say: سمجھتے نہیں ہو بات کو - نکل پڑتے ہو رات کو ۔

Maybe the fact that Japan is the only country on the planet to have experienced nuclear warfare had something to do with thier preceptions of nuclear weapons

YEah Japan will basically follow whatever U.S. says. Whats the point, its like U.S. having two votes.
