Hi ladies, I’ve been on a number of medications to regulate my hormones and have recently had to come off the birth control pill (Yasmin) in preparation for a medical procedure. Have decided not to resume with the BCP afterwards as we’d love to try for a baby inshallah, inshallah, inshallah. My question is, how long before you get a natural period after coming off of the BCP? And, how many natural periods should one have before you actively try to conceive? Also, did anyone experience any negative side-effects after coming off the BCP?
