Light pain is normal, and so to are occasional cramps, or they were in my case.

If you feel extra discomfort while bending over/ doing sajdah, then perhaps you should talk to your Dr and see if its something you should avoid doing. Like I’ve been praying by sitting on a chiar for quite some time as doing sajdah waan’t recommended for me.
