In 2004, Noor got married with Indian businessman Vikram who lives in Dubai; the wedding was love marriage and Noor left showbiz as her husband didn’t permit her. After embracing Islam, Vikram got his new name Waqar and married with Noor according to Islamic rules and regulations.
At the time of marriage it was settled that Vikram would introduce him as a Muslim husband but after sometimes he went against his promise and he refused to admit so.

sheen yeah agree with you...well its actually not drama cause they called in the police afterwards to report him. trust me noor is not that good of an actress that she would act without make up on.

I watched NKS to get more detailed info, predictably NK dedicated a whole episode to the incident. For the benefit of those not wanting to sit through NKS some interesting points were revealed...
Noor was married to this Vikram guy for 6 years
Tension came about when this Vikram guy was no longer keen on being a muslim and refused to change his name
Noor became fearful that their Nikah wasn't legitimate and left for Pakistan last year where she resided for 9 months
Vikram and his family are now wanting Noor to stay way from the UAE as they think she might ask for her money and belongings to be returned to her
Noor has since met director Farooq Mengal, the same man who was prime suspect in the murder case of producer Afreen Baig (Nazia Hassan's sis in law)
Farooq Mengal had spent 5 years in prison b/c his hearing was repeatedly delayed until supreme court chief Ch. Iftikhar personally effected his release

Pakistani film actress, Noor was going to Dubai to appear in a TV show, ‘Nadia Khan Show’. When she landed at Dubai air pot, her husband, Vikram received her in a blaze of his anger, he even tried to hit her but the show host, Nadia Khan stopped Vikram and immediately called the police.

I got the video of the actual incident on facebook , Noor's husband did not hit her he just grabbed her hand. I am not supporting her husband in anyway , because only she knows what abuse she is facing but I am just stating the fact that he did not try to hit her.
I saw the video too and Nadia seemed like a drama queen and wanting to look supreme and in control. She just wanted to show whose in charge here and that is why she did all that. Plus she KNEW that a person from her team was recording the video of what was going on and maybe that's why she also put up a façade of seeming nice and stuff. God knows if someone was not recording this, what she could or could not have done.
Oh Plsss!! Nothing but drama to get t/ ratings. Even if she did "save" her did she reallllllly have to air t/ footage? Just save it for t/ courts if & when needed. I do feel bad for Noor cuz no one gets married to breakup.
Once again Nadia's greed for ratings is unmatched since Geo is not t/ only channel aired outside Pakistan anymore . There is ARY, TV 1 , PTV Global, HUM, DAWN, EXPRESS NEWS etc. etc doing equally good shows if not better.

Hopefully, another Pakistani (Noor) has learned her lesson that indians are hypcrites & there is nothing which can change this genetic triat of them so never to trust an indian.
And I believe commenting on anything about nadia is watse of my time. Imagine what the housewives who religiously follow this jahil & all the other jahalat by GEO would teach their children to become.
Something very important I forgot to mention earlier is that this is just a publicity stunt by GEO to gain 'sympathies' of the loyal pakistanis. They have no choice but to do this because they would have to do all they can to become Pakistan's favourite & remain without suspicion hence; pakistani people would blindly follow / accept whatever they tell them & go in whichever direction it takes them too.
So, dont be fooled that this was a sincere attempt of GEO or GEO's anchor at 'saving' noor from harrassment by an indian but just a publicity stunt to regain their audience & popularity amongst pakistani viewers as the 'good' & patriotic pakistani tv channel which exactly what it is not & is the opposite.
