I think it is pretty common in Pakistan to mix mayo/cream/yogurt etc to make a base for different kinda salads,esp pasta salads.I am pretty sure I saw some chef making some salad on a cooking show just a few weeks ago while I was in Pakistan and she was mixing yogurt and mayo.I have never done this btw…
