^ u don't???? I have been cooking every single thing... even making doodh patti chai and rotis, in my non-stick cookware :).... quick and easy to clean. I use wood/plastic spatula anyway. But hopefully i would be replacing them with the stainless steel one pretty soon, cuz yeah why take risk... especially when it's a matter of health.
Calphalon is good but expensive, especially their new line of Calphalon One Cookware.
I like Anolon as well, quite close to Calphalon and Circulon quality wise.
T-fal, i heard the material is not so good for your health. Never heard of the one you mentioned.
PS: If you are not sure, then Why not give them some nice kitchen store gift card????
