With the current upraising of the dam, we fortunately will not be affected as we are high up. However, some neighbouring villages are likely to be affected.

^ Some of the villages will be turned into cities around there, as additional villages disappear under the water (so I read somewhere). Its sad in a way as ancestral land going back generations is disappearing.
