i think desis like cricket, because in that game you can stand in a place and chat while not being active at all. might as well have a tea break. so lazy compared to football or other sports.

any ways
the guys at work have this image of desis: short and fat . i am some where in urope.

is it the same in other parts of the world ?

Yeah man, not only can you chat while playing cricket, you can also make an international phone call to Pakistan while batting.

So how come your non desi people have this image of desis.
Was that after they met you?

So you mean if there is any stereotype associated with desi fellas at work?. Well not that i know or have experienced seeing anything like that. I normally keep myself 10 miles away from any kind of stereotype. There are desi fellas like the one you described and then there are decent bunch as well. Comes down to individual.
