I love his stuff but have heard so many negative things about his customer service etc.

Honestly we ordered multiple outfits for my sisters mendhi and for my mendhi and they were all beautiful. Delivered on time, with correct measurements and even when working with him he was really nice about working with me to alter colors/cut/design to go with what I had in mind. So i think his customer service was really good.

^^ yea i spoke to someone (whoever deals with customer queries) and they were Really nice about it, but then i heard people were complaining 
not sure what thats all about but i going to order from him as they seem to be very good working with time constraints!
