I need your help…I want to buy my husband the Nokia 9500 for his birthday which is coming up in October…I tried ebay and lost $300 USD to some scam…does anyone know any legitimate source for getting the phone? I know its not officially released until next month…but im pretty sure there are some already on the market.

The least you should do is report the scam to Ebay.

Thanks for the reply and the PM...I have already contacted Ebay and they are investigating the whole thing...I hope I get the money back but Im not counting on it!
The phone is not out on the market yet...but I know some people have been able to get a hold of it ...I just hope I can get my hands on one before his birthday! :S
