NOC and Type Approval certificate

i have my parcel held by custom IMO, GPO lahore, demanding NOc and certificate from pta for Tablet pc 9.7 inch.
if any one also have such stuation , plz contact me 0300-4612903, [email protected], so that we may try our best to release our parcels.

You don’t need an NOC but you do need to pay taxes. What you most likely are trying to do is get away with paying the taxes and charges and thus you do need an NOC.

If you can afford a tablet you can afford the taxes.

i am ready to pay taxes, but ISO, IMO, GPO office demanding first type approval and NOC certificate first, after that , they will deposit custom duty on tablet pc, they say it is new rule imposed on customs for electronic goods by PTA.

it was detained on 06/06/2014, i am in fear if custom office make me loss and confiscate or send back or any unexpected loss to me, if PTA do not respond within due time.

if any body have such situation , should contact me so that may try to get release after getting due permission.
