Re: no weight machine...help!
hmmmm..
Re: no weight machine…help!
Why are you thinking? It’s just a weighing scale. ![]()
Re: no weight machine...help!
measure ureself oncea week/two weeks with a measure tape (not sure how its called)
the inches/centimeters work aswell :)
Re: no weight machine...help!
If you live in USA, I think that pharmacies have weighing scales.
Then again, you can always use your bathtub, fill it up half way and mark that line and then lie down and see how high water rises to, and mark that line also. You can use those markers every month to see if you are losing any volume (inches).
If you are in Pakistan then tie 2-3 cycle tubes from some high post so you can hold and hang, and every month somehow can mark how far your feet are from the ground. Further they are, lesser your weight is.
Well these are crude methods but will work.
Re: no weight machine...help!
i think bath tub method wont work too well. it measures volume, not weight. and the difference in volume just from breathing in and out is more than like 4-5 lbs of fat's volume.
cycle tube :D
weighing scales are fairly cheap. and will last. just buy a decent one.
Re: no weight machine...help!
^ Yes I agree about the bathtub method. Plus we dont want people to follow Archimedes to the core and run naked outside shouting eureka.
Re: no weight machine…help!
But you never know when no splash occur, it would moment of joy and that my cause naked run like Archimedes did centuries ago when found out the density of substance. ![]()

Re: no weight machine...help!
Buy a giant hook and ask someone to attach that to yourself and weigh you.
