this is “Development Budget” and 210 is actual budget, development budget does not include salaries of staff, running expenses of existing facilities, scholarships etc etc etc

brother, I still havent find the link to 210 billion allocation. because I heard Zaeem Qadri in Mehr abbassi’s program that education budget is 40 billion.
