as i said earlier in reply to muqawwee123, dev budget does not include salaries, running expenses, scholarships etc, its just “development” budget. comparing dev edu budget of Punjab with complete edu budget of KP is comparing oranges with apples.
also by no means i’m saying that KP budget is not good or anything like that, it looks very good, it sets a standard, at least for KP education/health budget has never been this high, well done PTI for this. but there is no need to lie and belittle others. competition is good for the country, take it as it is, we should not try to change facts, as if they will change by creating few images
