since morning am feeling so low…so unhappy and so much depressed but there is no reason for that.. i am just crying and crying and crying for no reason at all…what should i do??..dun feel like talking to anyone, dun feel like going anywhere..am locked up in the room and crying:(

Girls I go thru the samething sometimes.. I think its jes "blue Day" We cant b happie and jumpy all the days right.. so its okay to be depressed once in a while.. but dont make it a habit as it is not good for health. I wod suggest that u shud take it out, cry it out & then tell ur self that everything will be okay becuz ALLAH up above is There for YOU!
