Yes , title says it all . I am not getting any PMs when someone quote me . I did turned on this option in my account settings . Its not been working since last maintenance cycle .
Browser I am using is FF .

Thanks for pointing that out, NaMaan. Because the forum has undergone a major software update recently which resulted in some features being turned off pending further updates, it is possible that PM Notify for Quote is not fully functional at the moment.
But, we'll def. look into it and hope to have it up and running very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
