yeah, it should be more about whole grains (brown rice or quinoa), fruits and vegetables as much as you can in their raw forms, lots of water, and try to avoid processed foods. if it comes out of a packet or a can, skip it. you should also aim to eat natural fats and oils, like olive oil, avocado, and add in nuts and seeds to your diet too, like almonds and flax. beans are also an excellent source of protein outside of daal.

Dushwari, I am very happy to see you got all your eating habits penciled down in an online forum. I think blog would be even better. Let me know when you are starting and we can keep a daily log right here. And don't forget to drink water at room temperature in winter.

rest - sleep restfully .
i tried it long ago but its impossible to not to eat Roti or Rice. Roti has too much carb but i dont think we can survive without it.
if i eat rice twice a day, i miss roti so much.
