Have patience and communicate whenever possible. Things like these are not in our hands, we do our part and the one who has to do His part will do His (by His, I don't mean that person).

I think it depnds on how close you are to the person... I have friends who can say almost anything to my face, and vice versa....however, if you aren't too close to the person, or they dont quite understand your sincerity, then its hard and it is possible to be easily misunderstood.

patience, honest communication, owning up to own share of wrongs, if nothing else, it can perhaps make people better as persons.
but there is in some cases, no sign of that.
so, the ideal thing left to do is leave to the Almighty. so true.
