Humiliating yes, but also a reflection of just how bigoted the law enforcement and governance of this country is, how paranoid and what systematic agenda of degrading the same labor force without which the economy of the country will undoubtedly suffer.

any thoughts on if Muslim countries ever were to be just as strict in the incoming immigrants, how would it look and with what kind of a lambasting attitude that would be received??

I may be reading it wrong but it seems to be talking about illegals, sorry if i dont call them immigrants because they decided not to go thru the immigration process and follow immigration laws.

illegals are not accorded the same rights as citizens in any country from what I know. These chose to break the laws and to enter the country illegally while tens of thousands of people wait eayr after year filing form after form and getting all kinds of background and medical tests done to become legal residents.

so these are the people who chose to ignore the law, and are now complaining that they are nto been accorded the same rights that the same law provides to citizens and legal residents?
