No more power to EU, says Cameron

**Prime Minister David Cameron has pledged to play a constructive role in Europe after holding talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.**At their meeting in Berlin, the leaders discussed attempts to contain Europe’s debt crisis and wider EU co-operation.

Mr Cameron said he was seeking a “strong and positive partnership” with Germany in the future.

On his first foreign trip as UK leader Mr Cameron held talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy on Thursday.
