Just Horrendous! but if it were to happen anywhere, it would be in California with it’s notorious highest litigation rate in the US… we’re talking about the state where robbers sue their victims cuz they tripped over their coffee table while stealing from them. Lesson to be learnt… never save a burning Californian.
I mean… how did this lady even have the nerve to sue someone who was trying to save her… shameful really! Perhaps the next person who is not helped by a good samaritan due to fear of lawsuits should then sue this lady for creating an atmosphere where no one was willing to help them.
