No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

**Why we couldnt find a proper genuine fast bowler after the likes of Shoaib and Waqar ?

Its really sad to see the current state of our fast bowling…

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

We did in Asif and Aamir but they got involved with that sattay baaz Slaman.

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

Asif wasn't really 'fast' but good LNL bowler, Aamir was fast and furious. I hope Junaid (not Zia) recovers soon and becomes part of the squad full time.

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

Asif was not fast he was medium while Amir was fast but he screwed it up I dun like him now

He is fine he was never unfit He just took 2fivers in the Presidents trophy....

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

I have actually decided to give aamir a second chance....we have nothing in reserve and he was absolutely phenomenal...he shd be back soon

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

It is really sad to see Pakistan having Arafat as one of the seamer. Pakistan always had great spinner but what made then a great and exciting side was the fast bowlers. I hope someone comes up soon

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

Asif was medium. Amir was fast-ish but not express. There's no express pacer after Shoaib Akhtar.

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

Arafat is a joke Dun worry u wont see him again

Thats my point.....Akhtar was not only the fastest in Pakistan but in the world too......He was a gem such a hardworker

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

Actually in todays game only in tests do you really a fast bowler. In ODIs and T20, you need LNL bowlers with in-swing, out swing ability and a good yorker up their sleeves. Fast bowlers go for too many runs in ODIs and T20s.

Re: No Genuine Fast Bowler After Akhtar

^^ woh kiyon?

Any how what are the names in the area of fast bowling that have any real chance these days from Pakistan?
When is Aamirs ban going to expire? Is he going to be free for next ODI WC?
