This is the easiest recipe out there and always a hit. I call it ‘Strawberry/Pineapple’ delight. Ingredients 1 can pineapple chunksfresh strawberries (if used frozen then well thawed and water squeezed out)pound/yellow cakesweetened condensed milkwhip creamcream cheese (optional)(I don’t use Cream cheese to save some calories since rest of the ingredients are already high in fat). Mix whip cream, cream cheese and condensed milk. Spread cake in a dessert serving bowl. Layer pineapple and strawberries on top of cake. Lastly pour in the whip cream/condensed milk mixture. You can decorate with some pineapple and strawberries on the top if you want. Served chill.
