sadzz i agree with Mehnaz...YOu might have gained some muscle weight and thats is showing on the scales. Other best thing to do is to have fat percentage measure up. It will tell you if you have lost Fat from your body. Ideal Fat percenage for girls is i think 15% and for guys12% in order to have your body showing the work out that you have been doing and to look more tonned. Last i remebered i had mine checked and i had 21% body fat :D yikesss and fitness assessors at my gym told me to do only weights and absolutely minimize cardio.
