It is good to have certain goals when you go for exercise. Normally, our goals are our trouble areas. Body parts like abs, butts, thighs are the most difficult ones to see the results. They are the last ones to get in shape and therefore take a sincere effort (yes, no choclates and walking is no exercise :p ). I'm not sure where you are trying to see the 'difference'...trust me, if you girls can maintain/firm up what you have that would be a great accomplishment..at least that's what I tell myself and it's not easy. :-)
