fat is fat yara.. its just, vegies are hard to digest, burns more energy digesting it.. otherwise, NUTRITION wise, the best combo that i’ve seen is eating white meat, NOT fried, but boiled or dry-grilled and stressing the muscles of body to burn it..
if u’re drinking 5-6L of water and continously going to bathroom, ALONG with this kinda diet, u shouldnt be having fat deposits on your body..
forget the weight.. weight means less to do with the health part..
