I know that if you are in any kind of diet it might work but after a little while you will get really fat and also it is not good for your health… you have to eat you know what i mean :(.. and some gurlz love food like me

being vegan works too cause u only get vegetable fat and not animal fat that is unhealthy

fat is fat yara.. its just, vegies are hard to digest, burns more energy digesting it.. otherwise, NUTRITION wise, the best combo that i’ve seen is eating white meat, NOT fried, but boiled or dry-grilled and stressing the muscles of body to burn it..
if u’re drinking 5-6L of water and continously going to bathroom, ALONG with this kinda diet, u shouldnt be having fat deposits on your body..
forget the weight.. weight means less to do with the health part..

i can run tha mile in about 6 min..47 sec… some days i can do it at around 6 min. 30…BEAT THAT SUCKA!!! lol jk!.

:-) depending upon how much u weight too.. we regularly train starting april-may season for the summer cricket clubs..
if u wanna c 100m runs finishing in <13secs, come down to our building circles ;)
