You have to call late in the day for PAF convention hall, don’t call before it’s 12 pm in Karachi. I love Pearl Continental Hotel. It’s expensive but they are great. I got married there and I lived far away from that venue. I don’t have brothers or anyone like that who could take care of the nitty gritty too much but Pearl Continental took care if it all. Email them and they will respond about current rates and everything.
Karachi airport and hotels do have some good cars but not sure if you can get a stretch limo. They do have antique cars though. You can ask people though if you have family there if they can lend a nice car. I have seen a Lotus there and everything. Make sure to get security guards though.
