Cartels have been there since forever. And they aint going anywhere too. May be their interference on US soil can be lessened. But if you just visit El paso, you can feel them in the air.
Now regarding Breaking Bad, its certainly one of the best shows by many means so the cherish isnt surprising. Even though i think they should’ve finished it in season 4. Season 5 was just a useless extension
