No check on indian multis insulting Pakistani members?

this guy his real username is “xephyr”,he is making multis,getting banned and then hitting back just to spread lies.

here is what he was saying to shamraz khan few day back

If a member has a cause for complaint against another GUPSHUP user or an action of a moderator,** then these should first be taken up with the relevant forum moderator via e-mail or PM. If a member still feels that they have not received a satisfactory explanation the next step should be to contact Admin, again via e-mail or PM**. Hopefully this will resolve the matter.** As a last resort** if a member does post a complaint in Feedback, please be patient and wait for a response from either a Moderator or Admin.

Just pointed it out since you’re concerned about rules, which is good, but please PM the section’s Mods or the CM for any problems or issues.

ok thanks but in the link above i posted a screen of shamraz khan's page and he is cursing everyone but shamraz took no action and neither did the guy who just awarded me an infraction.what is this supposed to mean?If they are watching and not taking action then i dont see any point in Pm'ing,maybe u should ban me permanently instead.
