It's also very unhealthy. Pick up any biochemistry book and you will realize the importance of carbs among other things.

you should not deprive yourself of certain food groups, it could have adverse affect on your body

Krooklynite…only cut down carb at night. You can eat carb as much as you want for breakfast/lunch…Do not eat carb for dinner and you should be Ok… I would not recommend completely eliminating carb.

The thing is to get the right sort of carbs.
To avoid basmati and white pasta etc.
And to grind spelt at home instead of white flour etc.
Go for whole wheat things and brown rice.
When you chose the right stuff, you cant eat same quantity
as before.

It's good if you need to loose weight fast before a boxing match but then it comes back quick.

yh carbs r bad but u need them not too much of them is that why ppl do high protein low carbs diet?
