now why would you have no rice and no bread.Instead of white rice have brown rice and instead of white bread have wheat/whole grain bread. Just cut down the carbs after 6pm. Just take in trace amounts through veggies after that .
Too much fish aint good either. It has too much mercury in it. Instead opt for chicken breast and have fish 2 to 3 times a week.
