you want bollywood movies to be protected so that the government can collect taxes on the profit of their sales? this is the antithesis of capitalism.
sellers of pirated movies are from the working lower class. whatever money they earn, they should keep, not give away in taxes. do you want to add to the beggars on the street by taking away their livelihood? instead of making their lives miserable, how about you take away some of the luxuries of retired generals sitting in lahore playing tennis in afternoon, sipping pina coladas, and running the country like some sort of mafia.
pirated films have put bollywood movies into millions of homes and have done alot to grow the market and spread the name of bollywood far beyond the borders of india.
