I absolutely suck at baking and it just so happens that every yummilicious dessert recipe I find online requires some sort of baking. I have found one really good nobake cheesecake recipe but Ive made it so many times now entertaining the same group of people that its sorta getting old now.

How bout peanut butter/chocolate bars
or trifle - using store bought pound cake
or truffles - there is a popular recipe floating around this very forum
or pies - using pre-baked pie shells - make your own filling like banana creme, pumpkin, coconut ... whatever you like :)

is it the jello no-bake? :D
i wish i had a working oven, i'd make so many goodies and treats for hublez.
No. My cheesecake recipe is 2 eggs+2 sticks of cream cheese+2 tsp (or more depending on how sweet u want it) of vanilla sugar mixed together until almost a thick liquidy texture (as a shortcut and I know it sounds weird... I just throw in the eggs and cream cheese and hit the blend button on my blender :D). Pour the mixture into one of those readymade pie crusts and place in the oven at 350 deg. F till its done. Take it out, let it sit and cool for a bit, you could use fresh fruits and jelly as a topping or those canned strawberry/blueberry/cherry pie fillings as a topping. Put in the fridge and serve when nice and cool :)
