That’s a very astute question. After researching the issue thoroughly, I have concluded that the answer to your question is: It Depends.
For instance, If this happened in an Islamic country and if the body part was from a Muslim and it fell on a Muslim, it would be an act of God. However, if the body part was from a Non-Muslim and it fell on a Muslim, America did it.
