NitPicky Bosses

Have u ever had a boss who takes your work, rips it to shreds, gives it back to you - you perfect it to the best of your ability - you hand it in, they rip it to shreds again, give it back to you…

and it seems like the damn cycle doesn’t end?

:disgust:

My question is - how do you tell such people to be more…realistic?

Re: NitPicky Bosses

PCG, Work hard and do a good job.You suck

Re: NitPicky Bosses

Bosses never seem to get tired of this ping pong. Doing so makes them believe that they are actually "adding value". Rather than educating your boss, better get used to this.

Re: NitPicky Bosses

^ or find another job.....

Re: NitPicky Bosses

lEaVe......why would you want to work for someone like that.

Re: NitPicky Bosses

Is your boss a man?You know all men are pigs. Maybe he is just trying to keep a good woman down. :)

Re: NitPicky Bosses

No. I think its the field. I've had a few jobs in it already (dont ask why I keep switching around - its also part of the field), but they're all like that. Male and female.

Re: NitPicky Bosses

no, never. none of my bosses dared to tell me my work wasnt "right". some of em were intimidated but some encouraged.

Re: NitPicky Bosses

one of them told me, "we've learned many things from you."

Re: NitPicky Bosses

my boss is a fanny

Re: NitPicky Bosses

perhaps its you

My boss never complained :hehe: Infact I recently received a bonus for my hard work :hehe:

Re: NitPicky Bosses

oh well, i guess its because of all the writing that goes into it. the boss is featured as an “author”, so that’s probably why they decide to leave their mark on my work. :disgust:

Re: NitPicky Bosses

^ yeah, it seems like your line of work requires criticism, so as long as its not harsh and inconsiderate.

Re: NitPicky Bosses
