Can anyone tell me how to dO it
Merely made of meda (white flour), salt and zeera.

after that lead the dough and keep for half an hour after that take a knife and cut small pc like NP and deep fry them

Ingredients
1 cup Maida
1 cup Sooji
1 tsp. Ajwain
2 tbsp. Beaten curd
2 tbsp. ghee (clarified butter) or Oil
Salt according to taste
Method
- Mix the flour, rava, ajwain (oregano) and salt together.
- Then add the beaten curds and enough of warm water and knead into a stiff dough.
- Shape the dough into a ball and roll the ball into a thick circle. Cut them into squares.
- Deep fry these squares and remove when light brown in color.
- Drain thoroughly, cool and store in air-tight containers.

Sooji in Nimak Pare, thats kind of odd.
my ma makes it the simplest, crunchiest and mazedar kisem kay nemak paray.. just add maida, a lil salt and kalonji... knead them together with water... roll them.. cut them into diamonds and deep fry them.. they r really good...

- if there is a zair below naun then it'll be pronounced nimak otherwise namak without ziar i personally like pronouncing it nimak, namak sounds weird to me :D
