there are several reasons for not having the rukhsati at this point..one of it is my studies, I do not think I will be as focused because of having all those responsibilities of husband, household etc.
both of us will be starting from scratch career wise and we want to work to save some money so that when we start living together I could take sometime off from work and enjoy married life
Ok, hun, So when you get you've had your nikkah, Can you go to see your hubby whenever you want tho? And stay with him? Even tho your married it wud be allowed but because of the culture you wait for the rukhsati right?
Has anyone had a nikkah and then stayed with their husband but then after a couple of years had their wedding?
