she has all the right to ask for a proper talaaq in this case....

in islam, women do NOT have the right to divorce their husbands in teh same manner as men can, by uttering word "talaaq" three times over her three mentural periods [the proper and right way prescribed by Allah so that mediation can take place to explore possibilities for couples to reconcile] OR some morons do it in one sitting like divorce three times in one shot [thats the misuse of talaaq and punishable by law, it denies the woman to find mediation for reconciliation], she have to go to a qaazii [judge] and ask for Khulaa [same as talaaq] and then she can receive it even for as simple a reason as saying...i do NOT like my husband. Islam is veru lenient with Khulaa while a judge might not...mudda'ii sust gawaah chust...lol**
