i dont think there is anything wrong with the girl and the boy been seperate for the nikaah i am getting married in dcember and i am planning on having my nikaah on the mehindi day before the mehindi ceremoney although my mehindi is going to be together, the nikaah will take place sepeately. because the nikaah involves the molvi ad the elders i personnal would feel uncomfortable in all the elders and i also thinks it nice to have a mixture opf tradition as well and non tradition at weddings :D
